Established in 1990 by Troy Clairday, father Joe and later joined by brother Jim, JTJ strives for excellence in customer satisfaction and pride in workmanship. Troy and Jim Clairday credit most of their experience and knowledge to father Joe who had been in the business since 1958. Joe's dedication to his customers has earned him the utmost respect from Troy and Jim as well as his peers. Today, JTJ is run by Troy and Andrew with the continued support of Joe and Jim.

JTJ is a subcontractor specializing in interior finishes, including Acoustical ceilings, Acoustical wall panels and baffles, Resilient Flooring & Carpeting, Porcelain and Ceramic tiles have been added in the past few years as the company continues to expand.

Andrew has been a part of the JTJ family since 2016, and works as a Project Manager and Estimator.

Andrew is a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where he majored in Business Management, concentrating in Human Resources and Operations Management. Andrew also studied Business Administration and Psychology.

Before coming to JTJ, Andrew spent 15 years as Executive Pastor of a local church in Mt. Juliet, where he oversaw the day to day operation and financial aspects of the organization.
